“The Martinez” Cocktail

Ingredients

2 ice cubes1-1/2  oz. Old Tom Gin1-1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth1 t. Maraschino liqueur2 dashes Orange bittersPinch of Tampico Spice’s Cayenne Pepper1 twist of lemon/orange peel (garnish)</p

Instructions

Fill mixing 50% with ice. Add gin, vermouth, maraschino, cayenne and bitters. Stir for 30 seconds, strain into martini glass. Garnish. Enjoy.
