Ingredients

2 ice cubes
1-1/2  oz. Old Tom Gin
1-1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 t. Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Orange bitters
Pinch of Tampico Spice’s Cayenne Pepper
1 twist of lemon/orange peel (garnish)</p

Directions

Fill mixing 50% with ice. Add gin, vermouth, maraschino, cayenne and bitters. Stir for 30 seconds, strain into martini glass. Garnish. Enjoy. 

Serves 12
Ingredients

3 tablespoons crushed fresh mint leaves
3/4 (2-liter) lemon-lime soda
2 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and juice reserved
1 pkg. Tampico Salt w/ Lemon

Directions

Pour both cans of concentrated limeade into a large pitcher. Mix in lemon-lime soda. Stir in reserved cherry juice. Squeeze juice from lime into mixture, then slice and set aside. Stir well and serve over ice. Garnish with cherries and rim the glass with Tampico Salt w/ Lemon.

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon Tam-Pico de Gallo
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) can Mexican lager, chilled

Directions

In tall beer glass, stir together Tam-Pico de Gallo, fresh lime juice, salt, and lager. Garnish with lime and serve immediately. Can rim the glass with Tam-Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 pkg. Tampico Tamarindo Instant
1 qt. of water
 

 

Directions
Add Tampico Tamarindo Instant to 1 quart of water. Add ice, serve chilled. Enjoy!
*Tamarindo contains sugar, add more to suit to taste.
Serves 15 to 20
Ingredients
2 (6oz) containers of Frozen lime juice
2 (12oz) containers of Frozen Orange Juice
2 large cans of Pineapple juice
4 quarts of Ginger Ale

 

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and add to punch bowl. Add sprigs of mint or slices of oranges as garnish.
Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients
1 t. Tampico's Cinnamon, ground.
1 t. Coconut extract
46oz. Pineapple Juice, Chilled
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
2 liters Pineapple soda, Chilled
15oz. Coconut Cream
 
Directions

 Blend all ingredients together and serve.

 

Serves 6
Ingredients
1- package of Tampico's Jamacia Instant
3 Quarts of Cold Water

 

Directions

Add the Jamaica Instant to the cold water and mix well. *Add sugar to taste.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Tampico’s Horchata
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon Tampico’s ground cinnamon (optional)
3 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

Place Horchata, sweetened milk and (optional) cinnamon in blender; blend until smooth. Add in ice cream; blend. Serve immediately.

Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients

6 cups water
3 tablespoons Tampico’s dried hibiscus flowers
2 Tampico’s cinnamon sticks
1/8 cup pure cane sugar
1 small orange, sliced
Ice
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Bring water to a light boil and then turn off heat. Add the hibiscus flowers and cinnamon sticks. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Strain tea into desired container. Add sugar and orange slices; serve over ice. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice.

*Note: boiling the hibiscus longer is not better; if you want to strengthen the flavor add MORE hibiscus.

Serves 1
Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon Tampico’s Flax seeds
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup flavored syrup, any flavor
1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients except ice in blender; blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
