This product is a uniform blend of ground, selected chili peppers, spices and salt with 2.0% maximum silicon dioxide added as an anti-caking agent. The ground chili peppers are treated with a maximum of 100 ppm ethoxyquin as anti –oxidant. Burgundy red with a warm mild bite.
