New Mexico Chili Pepper consists of dehydrated, ground, selected chili peppers with 2.0% maximum silicon dioxide added as an anti-caking agent. The ground chili peppers are treated with a maximum of 100ppm ethoxyquin as an anti-oxidant. They have a dark orange color with a pungent aroma. They have a spicy, warm persistent flavor. Shelf life is up to one year.
